Home Energy

A home is more than walls, floors, windows, and doors. True understanding of a home includes a special perspective. One that accounts for all components of the home, the behaviors of those who live in it, and how they each uniquely effect one another. This understanding is what surpasses the average home experience making happy, healthy, investment protected home owners.

For these reasons I continue to advance my training in the field of Home Performance, Energy Efficiency, & Building Sciences. I am dedicated to shifting current perspectives of home valuation to include the experience of those who live in them, the home’s systematic viability, and it’s use of energy & resources.

Because a home with healthy inhabitants, that uses less energy, and stands longer should be valued as such. Like it’s community St Louis is resilient and it’s architecture deserves to be maintained.

I am currently a Missouri Department of Natural Resources Certified Missouri Home Energy Auditor, a National Association of Realtors GREEN Designee, a Building Performance Institute Building Analyst Professional & Technician, and pursuing a HERS® Rater Certification.
