We began working with Stephanie after meeting her at an open house she was hosting. She took the time to answer all of the questions we had about the house she was selling, and upon realizing that we weren't ready to buy at that time, she helped us get all of our ducks in a row, advising us on everything we needed to prepare before buying. 

Fast forward a couple of months (and regular check-ins along the way) we were ready to buy! Stephanie was extremely responsive, setting up a meeting over coffee to discuss our upcoming search and all of the paperwork we needed to get ready. Together, we decide upon the search area and our ideal house. Stephanie went away, did her homework, and began sending us home that we'd already looked at online and new ones that we weren't aware of. We created a watchlist and scheduled an intense day of viewing (on Mardi Gras - that just shows Stephanie's dedication to the cause!), during our viewings we got to see a number of houses. Eventually, only one stood out and we fell in love. That same day, we went back to the office and drafted up the contract. 

Over the next 30 days, Stephanie was just a phone call away and was constantly reaching out, making sure that the negotiations were moving forward and that all of our questions/concerns were addressed. She was extremely attentive to all of our needs and allowed her unique personality to shine through at every interaction - in the forms of GIFs and her Bitmoji! 

Even after the closing, she has remained in contact and even dropped off a present for our expanding family of puppies! We couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience. Stephanie made sure that our journey was extremely smooth and held our inexperienced hands at every point. We would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a realtor and we've already given her details to a few of our friends and colleagues.
