Stephanie was great for people moving to the area. She not only showed us around the neighborhoods that matched our needs, she gave us a tour of the city and places to go. If you are buying an older home, Stephanie is the realtor for you. She knew so much about trouble signs and things to look for. She did a fantastic job negotiating and got us a great deal in a hot market.

We were moving to Saint Louis from out of state and could not have gotten a more knowledgeable agent than Stephanie Williams. She truly knows the ins and outs of the business and can help you make a solid investment that also feels like home. This real estate transaction got very complicated (not due to anything on Stephanie’s part) and she handled it with grace, yet never backed down when it came to what was best for her clients. You will find her approach refreshing in that she truly understands the scope of buying a home and how to balance all those aspects: meaning she can help you find the home that “feels” right and also asses it’s value properly and negotiate incredibly well. I’m almost sad it’s over because she was such a joy to work with!

To say Stephanie was a joy to work with would be an understatement.  Stephanie was absolutely FABULOUS!!   Me being fairly new to St. Louis, she took the time to drive me EVERYWHERE.  I picked out a bunch of houses to view in all sorts of locations.  House after house we looked at from my list of must sees, but I couldn't find the one.   While we were going through this process, Stephanie watched my reactions and listened to what I liked and didn't like.  Then, one Sunday evening she called me and asked that I meet her at a house in Holly Hills.  Based off the photos, I discarded the house from my list of potentials, but she asked that I come see it anyway.  As it turned out, it was THE ONE!  I fell in love with it immediately and purchased the home.  Because she listened and watched my reactions, Stephanie was able to find my home FOR me, and didn't let me throw away the one.  I am so incredibly grateful for that. 

After we were under contract, Stephanie laid everything out for me.  She provided me with an insurance agent (because I had no idea in STL) and a top rated home inspector.  She emailed me contact information for all of my utility companies so I could transfer/ start service with ease. She responded to my questions almost immediately (I know I wasn't her only client so I have no idea how she could respond to all the messages and emails so quickly).  I was never wondering "what should I do" during the whole process because Stephanie anticipated my questions and needs and made sure she provided the answers (often times before I even asked).  This was not my first home purchase so I have dealt with realtors before.  I have never had one as attentive and helpful as Stephanie.  I will 100% use her again for my next real estate venture!  And you should too! :)
