How to view & Search using “Green Energy Efficiency” Fields in MARIS
Navigate to the residential search using the “search” “residential” options from the blue navigation bar.
From the residential search page scroll down to the “Additional Fields” section.
If you do not see a menu called “Green Energy Efficient,” locate the “Additional Fields” bar and Click “Add/Remove.”
Locate “Green Energy Efficient” from the “Available Fields” section by scrolling or using the Search function.
Select “Green Energy Efficient” and click “Add ->” to add it to the “Selected Fields” menu.
Once “Green Energy Efficient” is in the “Selected Fields” menu click “Back” (located below the search bar).
From the residential search page scroll down (past the results bar).
Green Energy Efficient should now be present allowing selection of options from the menu.
You can choose to search for homes that include several options using the “and” option. For homes that have any combination of options using “or” and you can eliminate properties with the selected feature using the “not” option.
