Designed by Architect Ralph Fournier these Midcentury Modern homes were build in the 50’s by Burton Duenke. Their innovative use of modular construction allowed pieces of the homes to be fabricated in a nearby warehouse and delivered to the job-site for assembly. There are 250 homes in Ridgewood all uniquely laid out on it’s lot and each one, though very similar, just a tad different from the next. Less than 10 minutes from Saint Louis City it’s a rare gem of a neighborhood with homes meant to be affordable as well as stylish. As an added bonus Ridgewood belongs to the Lindbergh School District.
So much potential. See an example of how these homes can be transformed.
